Since we are in Galicia and in an essentially seafaring town, there will be much more practice in Galician dishes related to seafood and fish.<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>We will explore dishes, ingredients and techniques of the Mediterranean Diet. Dishes such as<strong>paella<\/strong>, <strong>tortilla de patatas<\/strong>, <strong>croquettes, pork churrasco ribs, chocolate con churros.<\/strong> Basic ingredients of Spanish cuisine such as extra virgin olive oil, paprika, garlic and parsley, typical spices (oregano, saffron). Taking advantage of the point break. Locating currents.
